Conductor for a Day was born from the meeting of the classical music world and executive leadership. We are a team of professionals with decades of experience in orchestral art and management development.

Conductor for a Day is a programme conceived and produced by Black Orchid Entertainment, a company specialising in the artistic management of internationally acclaimed classical and contemporary musicians.
With over thirty years of experience in the international music landscape — from the great European concert halls to world tours — Black Orchid Entertainment brings to Conductor for a Day a unique expertise: that of those who know the dynamics of an orchestra from the inside, and can translate them into concrete tools for leadership.

Musical Director
Orchestral conducting & artistic guidance
An internationally trained conductor, he guides participants through the language of the podium with artistic rigour and pedagogical sensitivity. His experience with leading professional orchestras guarantees an authentic immersion in the world of conducting.
Leadership Facilitator
Management development & executive coaching
An expert in leadership development with a background in organisational psychology and executive coaching. He translates every moment on the podium into concrete, actionable insights applicable to the participants' business context.
Production & Logistics
Operational coordination & orchestra relations
The Black Orchid Entertainment production team handles every logistical aspect of the experience: from the selection of the orchestra and venue to the care of the details that make every session truly memorable.
Our story
Black Orchid Entertainment
Founded with the mission of transforming talent into vision, the Black Orchid Entertainment team has worked directly with some of the greatest names in international classical and contemporary music — managing their careers, organising their tours, and building their artistic presence on the world stage.
Artists and ensembles the team has personally worked with include Daniil Trifonov, Julian Rachlin, Natalia Gutman, James Galway, Uto Ughi, Bobby McFerrin, Herbie Hancock, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Concertgebouw Chamber Orchestra, the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, and many more.
This depth of first-hand experience at the highest level of the orchestral world is what makes Conductor for a Day possible: not a simulation, but a genuine encounter with the art of conducting, made accessible by people who have lived it.
